In LA RÉSERVE, fields and greenhouses produce through the Endless Night with remarkable consistency. NUTRIX calls it a technological miracle; the details remain private property.
The Circle company controls crops, reconstructed vegetables, industrial meals, and synthetic meat. Farther out, Honey Joe supplies the liquor: its brands are famous, its distillery and owner much less so.
Finn Nexx champions food independence and local traditions. It is a delicate mission in a zone where a few major brands own nearly everything that grows, gets processed, or is poured.
